This tour offers the opportunity to experience two of Hokkaido’s most iconic destinations: Niseko, one of Japan’s premier ski resorts, and Sapporo, one of the world’s leading snow cities. Located within approximately two hours from New Chitose Airport, the gateway to Hokkaido, these areas allow you to enjoy both magnificent nature and vibrant urban culture in Niseko, a ski experience will be arranged depending on snow conditions, allowing you to immerse yourself in Hokkaido’s unique winter environment. In Sapporo, you will explore the city on foot and experience its distinctive urban culture, including local cuisine and nightlife. Hokkaido shares similarities with Canada in terms of climate, natural environment, and winter lifestyle. Throughout this tour, you will discover Japan’s unique culture and charm while also feeling a sense of familiarity through these connections.

Day 2: Enjoy a ski experience at Niseko, one of Japan’s premier ski resorts.
Day 3: Visit a sake brewery in Niseko, and a renowned whisky distillery in Yoritsu to experience Hokkaido’s sake and spirits culture, then experience Hokkaido’s food culture in Sapporo.

Itinerary

Day1 (December 4)– Chitose City, Hokkaido

16:00-17:00 Departure from Haneda Airport
17:40-18:40 Arrival at New Chitose Airport
Meet and greet by your guide at the arrival lobby After arrival, hotel check-in.

Regarding dinner :Please have dinner on your own at New Chitose Airport.
We recommend “Hokkaido Ramen Dojo” on the 3rd floor of New Chitose Airport. Hokkaido Ramen Dojo is an area where 10 popular Hokkaido ramen shops are gathered.It’s a popular spot you’ll definitely want to visit again on your way home.

Day2 (December 5) – Niseko Area, Hokkaido

Cancellation Fees:
• 20% of the tour fee will apply 20 days prior to the trip start date
• 30% of the tour fee will apply 7 days prior to the trip start date
• 40% of the tour fee will apply 1 days prior to the trip start date
• 50% of the tour fee will apply on the trip start date
• 100% of the tour fee will apply after the start of the tour or the traveler cancels without notice

Skiing Operations in Case of Weather Conditions:
In the event that the ski resort is closed due to weather or insufficient snowfall, the tour will roceed with the following alternative itinerary:

Day2 (5 December)– Niseko Area, Hokkaido
10:00–12:00 Ski resort inspection via the Ace Gondola at Niseko Hirafu
12:00–13:00 Lunch in the Niseko area
13:00–15:00 Premium snowshoe experience
15:30–16:30 Niseko area inspection
17:00 Check-in at The Maples Niseko
18:30 Networking dinner with Niseko ski resort stakeholders
