Arrive at New Chitose and head to Noboribetsu onsen, one of the best onsen in Japan. Tourist attractions are Hell valley, Oyunuma trekking trail includes foot-bath, Date Jidaumura-Japanese culture Ninja village etc. On the way you may visit Shiraoi UPOPOY ainu museum to learn Hokkaido native.       Overnight in Noboribetsu                                             

Drive to Lake Toya in the morning. Mt. Usu and Showashinzan volcanoes are on the way. Then go to Niseko area, famous ski resort in winter. In summer rafting is so good experience here. Have a fun with clear water from Mt. Yotei and try to collect spring water at Kyogoku fukidashi park. Overnight in Niseko

Shakotan peninsula drive is main purpose today. Cape Kamui and Shimamui coast sightseeing and fresh seafood lunch there. Then head to Otaru via Yoichi town, home of Nikka whiskey. In Otaru, old Canal, Kitaichi Glass factory and Musical Box factory should be on the list for sightseeing.
Overnight in Sapporo

Long drive day today. First destination is Biei includes famous picture spot Aoi-ike, blue pond and Shirahige falls. Then move to Furano area includes some flower gardens/farms, cheese factory, jam garden etc. Today lodging is in Obihiro. If prefer onsen, Tokachigawa onsen is an option there.        Overnight in Obihiro

Get up a bit early today and do farming experience in the morning. “Farm picnic” in Tokachi local farm may be unique experience and taste what you get there! Sweets in the area are quite famous, so do not forget to eat and buy. After this Tokachi area you drive to Tomamu resort.
Overnight in Tomamu

One major reason to stay in Tomamu resort is to see the Unkai. Yes, take a gondola in the early morning and enjoy the Unkai, sea of clouds at the top of the mountain. Then have a breakfast and do check out. About 1.5 Hrs to New Chitose airport and you may do some shopping around the airport.
