DayTrip299564957212024-07-19Great company, trustworthy and professional. We just concluded a 8 days road trip around Hokkaido. We decided to hire a private van from Go Hokkaido since we are a rather big family traveling together. We are glad we did. This company is a well established local company and has been honest and professional throughout the entire process. Mr. Takashi helped us planning and arranging the trip. Our driver, Mr Yamakage is always on time, courteous, and his driving is smooth as butter, never rushed, not even once. It’s a great feeling knowing that our van will be waiting in front of hotel every morning to start another exciting day. Thanks guys and we will certainly use your service again when we come back.

Both the drivers , Mr.Naka and Mr. Sato were excellent. They were punctual and very caring . Will definitely use the service again the next round we visit Sapporo .
Teo A2023-04-03Fun Experience This is our 2nd time in Niseko and we tried ice fishing for the 1st time and it was a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and patience putting the bait into the hook and teaching us how to feel for the bite of the fish. All 9 of us truly enjoyed ourselves.

Our trip was not a straight forward point to point return trip, but Mr. Takashi was not only super helpful in explaining the options but also super responsive (I was talking to other companies as well) My definite go-to service for my future hokkaido travel
LightPacker6609522023-02-25Will come back again our guide Mariko was amazing, she was knowledgeable and told us history of places we saw and answered questions we had. she was always on time. smiling and happy. accommodating and friendly. our driver was wonderful too as he drove us safely to each destination and always on time. our group of 17 & trip duration was from Feb 7-10 with Mariko: went to Otaru Village, along with the canal, walked around the old town, ate and did some shopping, and stopped by the chocolate factory for a show and goodies, lake shikotsu to see ice festival and got to see a beautiful sunset by the lake and bridge and had delicious bbq meal, went to asahiyama zoo and saw polar bears, the penguin walk, flying squirrel and other cute animals, stopped by the winter festival at asahikawa, and the last tour was at Okhotsk Tower and went on a Garinko ship to see ice breakers which was cold, but really fun to watch the drill break into solid ice and watch it drift into pieces. altogether, all the tours were fun and we were lucky to have great weather. our family very much enjoyed our time in Hokkaido and will come visit again. prior to the tours, we hung around sapporo for 6 days to enjoy the snow & ice festivals. will definitely come back again. Thank you Takashi, Mariko, Katso (i think that was our drivers name, can't recall spelling, sorry) and team.
richard l2023-02-15group of Trang 17 people We’re a group of 17 seniors people from California , spend 8 nites in Sapporo to enjoy snow and ice sculptures festival including 4 days tours with Go Hokkaido Ms. Marico very patient , friendly person and always show up before meeting time Our driver is a experienced driver during the snow time The mini bus very comfortable with more leg room In October we will go back to Japan we’re already booked with Go Hokkaido I’m highly recommend to Go Hokkaido Thanks Mr. Takashi , Ms. Marico. and Mr. Driver ( I’m sorry don’t remember his name ☺️)
Bebe N2023-02-15Great tour Our group of 17 elders flew all the way from California to Sapporo to attend the World Winter festival for 3 days, then we took a 4 day tour with Go Hokkaido to visit other places surrounding Sapporo . Our Tour guide, Ms. Hirano Mariko, is very patient and professional. I admired our driver who drove a big bus safely in the invisible snow storm. It was quite an amazing experience seeing ice carving sculptures, snow and cute penguin walk in the zoo. We enjoyed the trip even in the temperature of minus 15 degrees C, a degree we have never endured in the warm climate of California. Thanks all. A little note that the agency requires cash payment instead of credit card. This made me uncomfortable
